The Lakes is designed around environmental elements with approximately 200,000 plants and trees planted since 2008. There are multiple children’s play areas situated throughout the three stages, as well as neighbourhood parks and reserves.

• Public Transport

The Hopper Bus currently stops at The Landing and Lakes Boulevard at The Lakes every hour during the day from 7:10am to 5:45pm.

Thereafter it travels to Greerton, Tauranga City and Mount Maunganui.
